Q. What are your requirements regarding product photography? Would you be able to use our existing images?
A. Provided it is taken on a mannequin, we can use your existing photography. We can also advise you on how to structure your photography environment to help maintain the highest image quality in the MixMatchMe application.
If you don't have mannequin photography, we can do this for you. We do all the photography for the Boden Outfit Maker.
Q. Are we able to use our own model?
A. Yes
Q. Can we have more than one model for our customer to choose from?
A. Yes, this functionality is now available in Outfit Maker v2.0.
Q. Does your application contain social sharing functionality?
A. Yes, social media is becoming increasingly important to our clients and MixMatchMe supports social media integration. In addition to the functionality already available in the MixMatchMe white label web application, we offer various applications, such as the MixMatchMe Facebook application.
This application is perfect for online shoppers who want to be able to share an outfit with their friends. To see it in action, go to the French Connection Fitting Room. Once you have created an outfit, you can click 'Like' this outfit, to share it on Facebook. You can also email this outfit to friends, or share it on many other social media platforms by clicking on the 'Share' link when you move your mouse over the model.
Q. How long does it take to get the outfit maker up and running?
A. The typical implementation schedule is 3-8 weeks, depending on volume of product.
Q. Basket/Checkout Integration. Can you integrate with our 'Quick Order' section?
A. Yes, this is the standard way that we currently integrate with the basket/checkout process.
Q. What tracking/analytics/metrics could you provide?
A. Effective tracking and analysis is vital to our business, as the MixMatchMe application is designed to help you sell more by increasing your average order value. MixMatchMe technology has been proven to significantly increase average order value, with the most recent data demonstrating an increase of around 50% for customers that use the outfit maker.
In order to track this and many other metrics, we use Google Analytics, carefully set up to deliver the measures we and our clients need. For example, to evaluate the increase in AOV we set up a visitor level custom variable. We will do all this for you as a standard and important part of the set up process to provide full transparency of application performance.

Q. What percentage of customers use the MixMatchMe application?
A. On average 15-20% of website visitors use the MixMatchMe application.
With active marketing and advertising this would naturally increase. Our pricing model would encourage you to drive as much traffic to the MixMatchMe application as possible.
